Team Guide

Everything you need to field a team.

Nominations

Team nominations open before each season. Dates vary, so watch News & Events for announcements. Once nominations close, the draw is released about a week before the first round.

The process

  1. Complete the nomination form (Submit Nomination).
  2. Pay the team fee.
  3. Await confirmation from your Arena Manager.

What you'll need

  • Team name
  • Captain name and contact details
  • Approximate player list
  • Preferred night and grade

Grade placement: New teams are accepted into their nominated grade subject to availability. Existing teams wishing to move to a different grade are subject to availability. If a space is not available, the team will be placed in their existing grade. Speak to your Arena Manager if you have questions.

The best place to find fill-in opportunities is the TTGVA Members Facebook Group. Post that you're available and your preferred night. Team captains regularly post there too.
