TTGVA is run by a handful of staff and volunteers. From the Arena Managers you see every week to the committee working behind the scenes, these are the people who keep social volleyball thriving in Adelaide's north-east.
Arena Managers
Your first point of contact for anything that happens on game night.
Arena Manager (Monday)
The Arena Manager handles all on-court operations on game night: team enquiries, scheduling, fill-ins, and any issues that come up during play.

Arena Manager (Tuesday & Wednesday)
The Arena Manager handles all on-court operations on game night: team enquiries, scheduling, fill-ins, and any issues that come up during play. Chad also serves as TTGVA's Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO).
“Chad promotes and encourages the ideals and ethos of the Association, creating a friendly atmosphere that has become an integral part of our "Fitness, Friends and Fun" volleyball community. Executive Committee
The Executive Committee provides strategic direction and is responsible for TTGVA's compliance, finances, and governance.
President
The President chairs all committee meetings, represents TTGVA publicly, and provides overall leadership and governance.
“Started with the association in 1986. Played 10 years league volleyball with TTGVA "Trojons". Coached junior boys and girls, league and reserve women. Held various Committee positions, including President from 2011. Call me Mr Volleyball lol”president@ttgva.com.au
Operations
Operations executives oversee day-to-day association operations and support the running of the competition programs.

Treasurer
The Treasurer manages TTGVA's finances, processes payments, and reports on the financial health of the association.

Secretary
The Secretary maintains official records, manages correspondence, and coordinates committee communications.

Operations

Systems
The Systems Executive oversees TTGVA's digital infrastructure: website, competition management systems, and data integrity.

General Committee
General Committee members support the executive with event organisation, member services, and association initiatives.
Systems Support
Supports the Systems Executive with TTGVA's IT infrastructure, integrations, and website.

Events Coordinator
Organises TTGVA social events, novelty nights, and presentation evenings across the season.
“Started at TTGVA in 2008, joined the Committee in 2012 and took on the role of being the TTGVA Events Coordinator. I have also helped support the Arena Manager during this time. I'm passionate about Volleyball and love the volleyball family TTGVA has provided me.”
Social Media and Marketing
Coordinates TTGVA's social media presence, marketing materials and external communications.
“Player since Feb 2008. General Committee Member since 2011. Now the current Social Media and Marketing Coordinator.”
Referee Coordinator
Recruits, trains and supports TTGVA referees, and is the first point of contact for refereeing questions.
“TTGVA player since 2012, started refereeing for the association in 2013, and joined the Committee in 2021. I enjoy being able to give back to TTGVA and help develop and train our referees. Feel free to approach me with questions and feedback about refereeing, or if you'd like to join the referee team.”
Public Officer
The Public Officer is TTGVA's legal representative for compliance with South Australian incorporated association requirements.
